Holy Orders is the sacrament through which Christ's mission is continued through the Church. There are three degrees: deacons, priests, and bishops. These leaders of our Church serve many important roles in our community, including allowing the presence of Christ as head of the Church to work through them. Although Holy Orders is a sacrament reserved for men, women who wish to pursue a religous vocation may do so in many various forms.
