Fr. Don West will be leading a Book Club August 14th through September 4th at St. John Neumann from 6:30-8pm. We will read and discuss the book " The Return of the Prodigal Son" by Henri Nouwen. Books will be provided at no cost to participants and will be available in the SJN Parish Office in mid-July. Each week we will explore a section of the book. "The Return of the Prodigal Son" is an excellent book, based on the story from Luke's Gospel and the Rembrandt painting by the same title. Henri Nouwen is a wonderful spiritual writer who will give insight into the beautiful topic of forgiveness. Fr. Don will also share his insights, and lead a discussion so that all can share their insights as well.
